Brookfields has ample off road car parking and is close to bus stops, pubs and restaurants all within a short walk. The choice of king-size double (6ft) twin room or queen-size (5ft) double room both with en-suite facilities and digital TVs and radio. We do have an additional children's room which will sleep up to 3 children but they will need to share the adults bathroom. The cost of this room is by arrangement. We can provide both feather and man made fibre pillows. All our duvets are non-feather for those suffering allergies.Make use of our lounge, landscaped gardens, patio with BBQ, with Devon Cream Teas served on the front lawn.As Brookfields is all on the ground level with wide doors and a ramped access it is suited to the young, the elderly and the disabled. We are experienced at helping with the elderly and disabled having previously run a nursing home.We serve both full English cooked breakfasts and continental options at a time to suit you. We can cater for most dietary needs.Wi-Fi Broadband available at no cost plus print and fax services. We speak German and some French.We have a very friendly but large dog.

Directions

From M5. Exit the M5 at Junction 30 and follow the signs for Sidmouth A3052. Just after the next roundabout you will see WestPoint Centre on your left, continue on this road through Farringdon for another 2 miles and you will pass a large pub called the Halfway House. Continue on for 2 miles past a restaurant called Popplefords on your left and you will enter the village of Newton Poppleford. Continue to a 3-way roundabout. Take the first exit signposted to Sidmouth but after 10 yards turn sharp left into the Venn Ottery Road. Drive 300 yards down this road and you will cross a small bridge where the road bends to the right. There is a large Devon Longhouse on the right and just after it is a small driveway which you follow all the way to the end and you will have arrived.If you miss the driveway you will in 100 yards come to a cross road with Back Lane on your right. Turnaround and it will then be the first driveway on your left.From A303A30 from the eastContinue on the A303 until it becomes the A30. Follow this road past Honiton until you get to the second Ottery St Mary's junction called Daisy Mount. Take this exit and take the second exit towards Exmouth and then on the second roundabout take the first exit again marked Exmouth. Follow this road for about 3 miles until you come to a T junction at a large pub called the Halfway House. Turn left and follow the road to Sidmouth. Continue on past a restaurant called Popplefords on your left and you will enter the village of Newton Poppleford. Continue to a 3way roundabout.
